After that, Baker and his father relocated to Denver in the area where they stayed with his father's aunt. Baker suffered bullying from other youngsters in his community because of the poverty he had. Baker began to listen to rap at the age of sixth class. Prior to making the move to Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes between 2007 and the year 2010. In late 2011, this Cleveland rapper was a household name after he made the transition from self-releasing mixtapes and then signing with reputable record labels. Then his career exploded with each of his albums being ranked in the top ten.
